o1. DESIGN PROCESS 

We’ll work hard to create a [website, report, portfolio, presentation, +++] that you’re happy with.

At the start of every project, we’ll contact¹ you (via email or ham radio) to get a good understanding of your [project, research, practice, organisation, +++]. We’ll also ask you to provide us with some examples of existing work that you like.

Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll begin working on an initial design proposal². 

After that’s approved, we’ll develop³ the final [website, report, portfolio, presentation, +++].

o2. PRICING

We keep our fees low by focusing on a single design direction we believe in, and as quid pro quo for producing work we enjoy doing.

Prices include all related brand assets (which might include logo / wordmark / illustrations / etc.) and allow for 3 sets of revisions / author’s corrections. After that, any changes will be charged at an hourly rate (£25).

We host our websites on Cargo. Prices include exclude domain registration (+- £20p/a) and hosting fees (+- £10p/m or £70p/a)


o3. UPDATES

If you’d like to manage the site yourself, that’s A-OK. We’ll be happy to provide you with a short training overview of your site/store/portfolio.

Or, if you’d rather, we’ll charge an hourly rate to make changes, updates, or add products to your website in the future.

o4. REFUNDS

If we haven’t started working on your project, no problem, we’ll refund you 100% of your fee.

Once we’ve begun, if you aren’t happy with the direction of the project after the initial design proposal we’ll refund you 75% of the set price.

If you aren’t satisfied with the work at the end of the process, and we can’t resolve it, we’ll offer you a 50% refund.
